Extended Returns
All orders placed between 1st and 24th December 2023 will have an extended returns period until 6th January 2024 or 14 days, whichever is longer.

Posting Dates
As much as I’d love to work Christmas magic and make your parcels appear on your doorstep instantly, I’m only human! That said, I’ll do my very best to get your order swiftly into the capable hands of Royal Mail.

If you’re ordering something to arrive in time for Christmas, please take note of the details below and place your order on time to avoid any last-minute stress or delays.

From 13th December 2004: Orders received by 2 p.m. will be dispatched the same working day.

International Deliveries: Last order date for Christmas delivery is Friday, 6th December 2024 (and that’s cutting it fine!).
UK Deliveries: Last order date for Christmas delivery is Thursday, 19th December 2024.

Please note: After 19th December, even with Next Day Special Delivery, I cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Shipping After Christmas
During the festive period, orders placed after 23rd December will be dispatched starting 5th January 2024.

Extra Shop Opening Hours – December 2024

From Monday, 16th December: Open every day, including Sunday, 22nd December, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Christmas Eve (Tuesday, 24th December): Closing early at 3:00 p.m.

Friday, 27th & Saturday, 28th December: Open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
