FREE Local Delivery within 10 miles. We typically deliver within 7 working days, depending on our schedule, and will agree on a time with you.
FREE UK Mainland Delivery usually takes 3-4 weeks via a specialist courier. If you require more specific timings, please contact us at info@timelessonline.co.uk before placing your order.
Please ensure you are available to receive your delivery, as items will not be left unattended or in ‘safe spaces’. If you are unable to receive the delivery, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In the event that you are unavailable for the agreed delivery, the courier will contact you to reschedule. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to us. You will then need to arrange your own delivery or pay the full delivery and storage fees.
EU Deliveries

We now offer a **Duties Paid Service** to all EU countries. This means you can pay all costs upfront with your order and avoid any unexpected charges on delivery. We ship to other European countries (Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway, Sweeden) well as Australia, Canada, Japan, Taiwan, New Zealand, and the USA.
All orders to these destinations are dispatched **tax-free** (prices will exclude UK VAT at 20%). However, you may be liable for local taxes and duties upon delivery, which are your responsibility. Customs and import duties vary by country, and we cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred once your parcel has been dispatched.

Due to increasing international delivery costs, we can no longer offer international deliveries and in-house packaging services. However, you're more than welcome to arrange your own courier services, and we'll be happy to help and assist you with possible options for your specific purchase. Please reach out to us before making a purchase!
Back Orders
If your items is not in stock we will back order for you, we will always email or telephone you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
How do I return an item?
If for whatever reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt in unused and original condition, with a note stating your name and order number. The refund will be made via original payment method.
We do not offer free returns on any items. It is buyer's responsibility to return unwanted items to us safely in original condition.
We do not accept returns of any books and patterns you purchased in digital or printed format, knitting needles and crochet hooks. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for earrings.

International Returns
Just like with UK orders, please return your items in unused, resalable condition within 14 days of receiving them to the address above. Be sure to mark the items as 'Returned' on the Customs Clearance forms. You'll be responsible for the return postage cost.
Our prices are in GBP, so your refund will be processed in GBP. We can't cover any exchange rate differences or bank fees.
If you'd like an exchange, simply place a new order.
